About me

Etienne Koeppel

I am a tech policy specialist and strategy consultant. My work sits at the intersection of tech policy, human rights, and organisational development. I help mission-driven organisations — from grassroots digital rights groups to international NGOs — build their capacity, sharpen their strategies, and secure sustainable funding.
Previously, I worked as a Senior Programme Associate at Freedom House and as a Senior Programme Officer at ARTICLE 19. I hold an MSc in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics.
